All orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex within 1 business day.  We are closed on Weekends and Holidays. 

International orders: HookahBreak is not responsible for any custom related delays or duties.  We keep track of all tracking numbers and can provide them to you upon your request.  All unpaid taxes or duties forwarded to us by the post office will be the responsibility of the buyer.

APO / AFO orders: HookahBreak is not responsible for any shipments delayed due to any agencies including customs or the ports.  Shipments to APO / AFO can be delayed due to customs or the buyers actual deployment.

All defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours from the post office delivery scan. All returns must be received by HookahBreak within 15 days of the post office delivery scan. All returns must be returned unused in their original packaging and all accessories must be included.  All Hookah Molasses and all sealed items must be returned in the same original packaging and with the original seals. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
